We Believe!

We believe it is possible for people with different backgrounds & experiences to be joined together by the common goal of seeking to understand, embrace, and spread the will of GOD. We encourage extensive individual and group study in order to evaluate and reaffirm Biblical teachings. We adopt the following beliefs as so basic and fundamental that they are the foundation of our fellowship:

We BELIEVE that there is ONE God, who created all things.

We BELIEVE that JESUS CHRIST, the SON of GOD, was sacrificed to reconcile sinful man to our righteous GOD. WE BELIEVE Christ was crucified and died, resurrected by GOD, and will return to the earth to rule the soon coming kingdom of GOD.

We BELIEVE that the BIBLE is the inspired word of GOD.

We BELIEVE that man will receive the GIFT OF IMMORTALITY at Christ’s coming.

We BELIEVE in the two great commandments: Christians should love GOD and their neighbor.

We BELIEVE GOD desires all mankind be saved and our calling is to preach (teach) the Gospel of the kingdom and Jesus Christ by word and example.

We BELIEVE the Bible teaches much, much more, which can best be examined and learned in a fellowship of LOVE and UNITY. We invite everyone to join us in our fellowship at KFF!

THE RETURN OF CHRIST AND THE KINGDOM OF GOD
We believe that the Kingdom of God will be established on earth when Christ returns personally and visibly to reign as King in Jerusalem over the whole earth, with the church as joint-heirs with Him. His millennial reign will be followed by the final judgment and destruction of the wicked, after which will be established "new heavens and a new earth" wherein there will be no more death and God will be all in all. Exciting Stuff!! Want to learn more? Acts 1: 11; 1 Thessalonians 4:16, 17; Revelation 5-10; 20:4, 5; 21:1-4, 7, 8; 2 Peter 3:12-14.

Abrahamic Faith: What does that mean?

We believe that as Christians, we become heirs of the promise (Covenant) that God made originally to Abraham, in Genesis 12; 13; 15; etc. that God will give him and his seed (his heirs) this land (the promised land) to possess it forever (Galatians 3:29). But in Hebrews 11:8-9, 13, it is very clear that Abraham died in faith, not having received the promise (Acts 7:5). This is where the Abrahamic Faith comes in. Abraham believed in the resurrection of the dead. Abraham, along with everyone who is considered a co-heir with Christ, will receive our inheritance of the land, the Kingdom of God, in the age to come, at the return of Jesus to the earth.

Our faith and hope as Christians is based on the fact that when Jesus returns, the dead in Christ will rise and we will be raised to eternal life (1 Corinthians 15:23; Daniel 12:2), to inherit the Kingdom of God, which will have its center in the Promised Land, here on a restored and renewed earth. This Kingdom is our hope, and like Abraham, we choose to believe in God’s promises of a resurrection from the dead; that we will finally, one day, eternally possess the land that God has promised us; and we will believe that He will reward those who believe He exists and that He rewards those who seek Him. (Hebrews 11:6). That’s the Abrahamic Faith.
