Joshua told the people, "Consecrate yourselves, for tomorrow the LORD will do amazing things among you." -- Joshua 3:5.
We all want the Lord God to do amazing things in our lives, don’t we? But first, we must consecrate ourselves. "Consecrate" is translated from the Hebrew word, "Qadash" which means to make clean, to be pure, to be holy, to be devoted to God...reserved exclusively for God. When we dedicate our lives and our families to God first and foremost, God DOES do amazing things within us and within our families!
At KFF, we want to encourage each other to love God with all our hearts, souls and minds, and to consecrate ourselves to God, through the man, Jesus Christ. It is time we took seriously our relationship with God, and no matter where you are in life, no matter what you’ve done, and no matter what’s been done to you, KFF wants to be there to help pull you through, to the place where you are living a pure and holy life unto God. It IS possible. It might seem like it’s too far of a reach, but with God, nothing is impossible. We don’t have to clean up our act ourselves, but through God’s Spirit, He works and dwells inside of us. He changes our hearts. He gives us new thoughts. He gives us new minds. A new spirit. A brand new beginning.
